Information:

  • 2 day competition (Saturday and Sunday)
  • 2 divisions: Rx+ (16 pairs) and Rx (20 pairs)
  • Male/Male, Male/Female, Female/Female pairs are allowed
  • All teams will have 2 workouts on Saturday and 3 workouts on Sunday.
  • one of the workouts will be outside
  • 1500 EUR + Total Prize Purse

Rx+ division is for experienced functional fitness competitors who are ready to take on any challenges the competition floor could offer.  


Minimum requirements to compete:

  • Barbell working weight 60/40kg for oly lifts
  • 22.5/15kg dumbbells, 24/16kg kettlebells
  • Toes to Bars, Chest-to-Bars, Bar Muscle Ups, Handstand Push Ups/walk, Legless Rope Climbs, Double Unders


Rx division is for those who are used to Rx class workouts at their training boxes. Workouts will be programmed in a similar style to Rx+ division but with some appropriate adjustments: lighter loading, removing/adjusting the hardest skill movements and slightly lower overall volume.


Minimum requirements to compete:

  • Barbell working weight 50/35kg
  • 22.5/15kg dumbbells, 24/16kg kettlebells
  • Toes to Bar, Pull-ups and Double Unders, HSPU,  Rope Climbs, Wall Walks
